Mes recherches portent sur l’étude physico-chimique des systèmes colloïdaux (émulsions, microémulsions, émulsions de Pickering) et des systèmes supramoléculaires hôte/invité (cyclodextrines, cucurbiturils, systèmes micellaires, liquides ioniques, cristaux liquides) ayant pour but ultime une application en catalyse ou pour l’obtention de formulation « intelligentes » et polyfonctionnelles (par exemple des détergents/ biocides).
